3. Ratings & Real Reviews

“Reasonable decent stay for night rest, for low price of about $30 per night. Air con not strong but had a fan in room to help ventilate.
Good service that helped with arrangements for tours, pick up etc., even before arrival.
Location is great, right beside at the night market, which leads to the lantern river.”

“I stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. The best advantage is that it is close to the night market and there are many restaurants nearby.
It’s adjacent to the night market, so there are a lot of people, so it’s relatively safe to walk around alone. If you’re hungry, it’s good to go out and pack food and beer to eat at the hotel. Oh, and I went with my parents and booked two rooms, and the room with the double bed was in an alley with a window, so it was comfortable and comfortable even in the sun, and the view was good. The room with one king-size bed has poor ventilation, so it feels a bit humid and musty. Book a room by the window. It was nice to change breakfast every day. The breakfast was delicious, including rice noodles, mixed noodles, and banh mi. And the owner is so kind. I think I’ll go here next time I go to Hoi An. “I like the night market, so I went there every day.”

“While the rooms here are basic, they have what you need, are spacious and very clean. But they’re exceptionally good value for money – because of the brilliant location of the hotel and the wonderful service you get from Mr Thinh and his family. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome, including organising airport transfers, a car to Hue, tours and cheap laundry service. The Villa has bikes that you can borrow to cycle round the Old Town. Really good value for the incredible service you get.”

“Awesome place to stay, conveniently located close to Old Town, night markets, restaurants and bars… The rooms are clean, the beds are a little firm but still ok for a couple of nights stay… The pool is clean and refreshing after a long day exploring Old Town… The staff are friendly and attentive… Enjoy”

“Good location which is near to the Hoi An river. Friendly staff, just that there is no lift or escalator. If you have heavy luggage, you will have difficulty moving up the floors. However, you can ask for help from the reception and they will carry up your luggage. Aircon blower is a bit small for bigger family room and will take a while to cool “

“Really enjoyed my stay at Serenity. The family that own it were very friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help me with ideas for tours/ booking taxis etc. The room was huge, well presented and clean. Location is excellent.. literally 30 seconds walk to the night market and less than 5 to the river which was ideal for me as a solo female traveller. There are also bikes you can use free of charge.. if you’re feeling a bit nervous cycling on the busy roads, I recommend taking them to the other side of the river, through the central market and turn right down the river path. It’s very quiet in the mornings! All in all a fantastic stay, I definitely recommend to others.”

“Wonderful location and super kind staff”

The location is excellent. It takes 5 minutes to the night market and I can go to Old town in 10 minutes. They have free bicycle(has child seat) lental service, that was so cool experience. Swimming pool is small than I expected and we don’t use because of the weather. Breakfast is not buffet, the staff set some menu for us. If you stay in hoian few days, I would like to recomend this hotel at least 1 night for the sightseeing.

Great Stay!”

We were coming off a flight from SGN and they had a shuttle to us right away. Very nice staff and the mango pancakes were delicious! Great family run hotel, Clean, comfortable and have bikes you can ride around town with. I would definitely recommend!!”

Great hotel, excellent location”

The location is perfect, just one block, 2 mins walking from the main road where the night market is. Just around the corner so noise isn’t an issue when you’re trying to sleep. The staff is excellent and the massage place attached does excellent foot massages for a fair price. They can also book airport transfers billed to your room with prices competitive to grab. You settle your bill at checkout, credit cards accepted with a small fee.
